Joy: Fully Alive

A blessed Christmas Season to You and Your Family

The Shepherds…lowly hard-working shepherds… were out in the field when an angel of the Lord appeared to them. “Fear not,” the angel spoke, “for I bring you good news.”

And then a multitude of angels appeared, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom He is pleased.”

So what did the shepherds do with that Good News?

“And when they saw it, they made known the saing that ad been told them concerning this child.”

Luke 2:17

They spread the news!

We are blessed to have that same good news! Go tell it on the mountain. Jesus Christ is born!

The children and the staff of Bethesda Lutheran School and Early Learning center are preparing to share that Good News by learning their words and songs for their Christmas message. Come on Wednesday evening, December 18, beginning at 6:30 to hear that Good News, the same news the shepherds heard. “COME TO THE MANGER.” Come early and enjoy a wonderful meal starting at 5:15.

Bethesda Lutheran School and Preschool will be closed December 23-January 5. School will resume again on January 6. The Child Care will be open December 20, 30, 31, and January 2 and 3, but will be closed December 23-27 and January 1.

May you have a blessed Advent and Christmas season.
