Water Wednesday
We are taking our first trip down to the river this Wednesday, June 26th. We will be walking down to river at 3:00pm. Ages 5 and up may swim, ages 3-4 will be wading in water. We require life jackets and swim shoes for all ages. We will be driving back to Bethesda in school van, OR you may pick up your child at the Brook Side Park!
The last day of Hot Springs Public Library Reading Program is Friday June 28th, 11am-1pm.
Pizza Party at the Park
Friday Morning June 28th we will be walking to the Public Library to wrap up the last day of our Summer Reading Program. To celebrate all the hours that our students have spent reading we will be ordering Pizza Hut pizzas to eat at Butler Park. Please consider donating a watermelon, lemonade, etc. to go with our Pizza Party Park Picnic! Please give Pizza Hut and our Public Library a giant “Thank you” for supporting our Readers!

“Paws” for Reading Program is back!
Therapy Dog Lucky and owner Mr. Kelly will be reading to the children one to two days a week. This program is designed to be a tail wagging of a good time while developing literacy skills!

4th of July Fun!!!
Celebrate the 4th in style. All Bethesda ELC and School Alumni are welcome to ride on our Church Float in the Hot Springs Community Parade. Please Fill out a Permission Slip. Extras are hanging outside the classroom.
